  - In a manner which does not infringe on the rights of any third party;
  - In a manner which does not harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person;
  - In a manner which does not restrict or inhibit the use of The Startup Exchange by any person.
• The Startup Exchange, including its management and affiliates, take no responsibility for the services or goods provided, or for the delivery of the service or goods provided.
• All agreements are done between deliverer and orderer.
• Users are advised to inform themselves and strictly observe any laws, rules,  tax and tariff regulations of the applicable country or countries.
